Turned a PHP/jQuery system into the platform a 200-person company and 5,000+ customers run on every day.

  • Hired and lead the EU team: five engineers including me. Architecture review happens early, while changing course is still cheap.
  • Rebuilt the system as React, Next.js and Node.js on AWS without stopping the business; now moving the company off Salesforce the same way, one piece at a time.
  • Releases went from manual and on demand to one pipeline, automatically, every day — 20+ services on EKS: portals, SSO, e-sign, scheduling, communications, accounting, files.
  • Agents do the routine work around the clock: error fixes, PR reviews, package updates, security and cost audits.
